How Orders are Processed
Orders are processed usually on the same or subsequent business day.
Orders are shipped and delivered on regular business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).
Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it along with a copy of your receipt and we will be happy to credit your account for the full amount of the purchase. Please keep the following guidelines in mind when returning items:
Merchandise must be received at our Return Address within 30 days.
Please Note:
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- If your package was damaged during shipment, save all merchandise and packaging and notify us promptly at 248-486-0530. Damaged items will be replaced at no cost to you.
- We're sorry, but unfortunately return shipping fees are not refundable.
